TDC concept presented at IEEE Automatic Test Conference by TDC Development Team

TDC Development Team held several meetings to address organization, activities, membership, etc.

April 1999

TDC Development Team welcomes industry to TDC Organizing Meeting to discuss issues identified by Development Team
