PHENIX Status Meeting Summary: Efficiency, Luminosity, and Performance Update

The PHENIX collaboration convened to discuss the status and performance metrics over the past week. Key issues included the swap of the HV mainframe for DC on Wednesday, resulting in a loss of 10 hours of beam time, alongside DAQ problems on Friday leading to an additional 7 hours lost. Despite these hiccups, operations remained generally smooth. The integrated luminosity for the week was below desired metrics, with efficiencies recorded at 0.84 within 20 cm and 0.77 within 30 cm, while J/ψ analysis indicated an accumulated luminosity of 89.17 μb⁻¹.
