Peel onion and garlic • Wash onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic and then chop • Measure and set aside • Measure salt, red pepper, black pepper, sauce, flour, oil, and water • Place in individual dishes • Open can of tomatoes and tomato paste • Peel and wash crawfish tails removing bad ones • Wash parsley and green onion for garnish • Chop parsley and onion Preparation Crawfish Creole - Jane Doe
