Assessment Components Underway Half finished Not started First wave completed • Review of proposals, plans, and reports from the 6 cities and their federal partners • Visits to the 6 cities; interviews with officials, professionals, and community members • Interviews with key federal partners • Online survey in the 6 cities at 3 points in time

  3. Community Assessment Survey Powered by Survey Monkey Survey: Wave 1 • Launched in June 2011 • Invitations emailed or mailed to 393 potential respondents • Valid responses received from 245 • Total response rate was 62 percent
