  2. Revised PSSCs • An ability to communicate sensor data via audio to the user • An ability to recharge and monitor an on-board battery • An ability to determine current location via GPS • An ability to direct the user to a “safe” waypoint • An ability to save acquired data to Flash storage

  4. Important Constraints • Power consumption • The Gauntlet should last for a minimum of 10 hours – ideally more • Each peripheral should be low-power or have a shutdown pin • Form factor and durability • Both size and weight are important! • Peripherals cannot be fragile
