  2. Welcome • Introductions • Project Updates • Mentor District Webinar May 14 @ 10 am • 2014-2015 Allocations • Budget Planning • Fiscal Year 2013-2014 • 4th quarter reimbursement due June 30th • Reminder to submit consultant documentation to us (activity report)

  3. 5 Year Plan • We began discussing this at the last regional meeting where you began inputting data online; every district must complete a yearly plan • Each district has a manila folder with their district name on it that includes: *3 copies of Quick Tips on how to enter activities in the 5 year plan *3 copies of what your district has submitted online to date for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years

  4. 5 Year Plan-Next Steps • When you leave, review the activities that have been entered so far as a district team • By June 30th, each district should have submitted their activities online for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years • The annual summary (narrative section) should also be completed for each goal as part of the plan which should highlight achievements, changes, and next steps • We will be contacting you after SPDG Day to determine if there are any questions

SAVE THE DATES June 27, 2014 • Family Engagement • Anne Henderson, author of Beyond the Bake Sale • Each team will go through a process to revamp their family engagement initiative to ensure that events are high impact and linked to student learning. June 16, 2014 • Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) at Work by Solution Tree • Each team will gain a big-picture view of the PLC process and how to customize it to meet individual needs. • The session will provide skills on how to create and maintain an effective collaborative culture. -Both events will be held at First Baptist Church in downtown Baton Rouge -Lunch will be provided; all day session -CLU’s will be given (contingent upon your employing school system) -A team of 3-5 participants (including an administrator) -An email with registration links will be sent out next week
