  3. 实验原理 NaOH标准溶液是采用间接配制法配制的,因此必须用基准物质标定其准确浓度。邻苯二甲酸氢钾(KHC8H4O4),它易制得纯品,在空气中不吸水,容易保存,摩尔质量较大,是一种较好的基准物质,标定反应如下: 反应产物为二元弱碱,在水溶液中显微碱性,可选用酚酞作 指示剂。

  4. 实验步骤 1.NaOH溶液浓度的标定 准确称取邻苯二甲酸氢钾0.4~0.45g于250mL锥形瓶中加20~30mL水,温热使之溶解,冷却后加1~2滴酚酞,用0.10 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液滴定至溶液呈微红色,半分钟不褪色,即为终点。平行标定三份,计算NaOH标准溶液浓度,其相对平均偏差不大于0.2%。

  5. 思考题 1.如何计算称取基准物邻苯二甲酸氢钾或Na2CO3的质 量范围?称得太多或太少对标定有何影响? 2.溶解基准物时加入20~30 mL水,是用量筒量取,还是 用移液管移取?为什么?
