  5. Personal Account – Why you should register • In Jane’s 2.0, a Personal Account enables users to utilise much more useful product features • Customised Results Display • Alerts • Export • Create Notes

  6. Organisational Log In Users who log in using their organisational ID/PW will be asked if they wish to continue as a Shared account user or a Personal account user

  7. Personal Account Creation Users can create a Personal account by selecting the “Create account” button

  8. Personal Account Your Personal account Amend your password via “My Profile”

  9. Customised Results Display Create customised Results and Export displays

  10. Customised Results Display Add, Remove or Move data fields for Results Display, Exports and Sort function

  13. Alerts – Subject Based Alerts Select “Alerts & Feeds” to access Subject Based email alerts

  16. Your Personal Alerts Account Select “My Searches/Alerts” to manage your email alerts

  17. Your Personal Alerts Account You can amend your alert frequency and remove unwanted alerts from your account

  19. Export Search Results Select the Export format and type. Then give your export a filename

  20. Creating Notes in Documents Select an article of interest

  21. Creating Notes in Documents Personal account users can make notes in documents. Select “Make a New Note”. Type your note in the text box and select “Create Note”

  22. Creating Notes in Documents Share your note with users in your own organisation by checking “Share this note”. You can also edit or delete your own notes

  23. Summary • Personal Account users will be able to; • Customise their search results and export displays • Create Saved Search Alerts and Subject Based Alerts • Export search results • Create notes in documents

  27. Intelligence Centre Dashboards Intelligence Centre and Modules users can use the Dashboards link to access the respective Intelligence Centres

  28. Intelligence Centre Dashboards provide related data and analysis on 1 page. Select to view information by Country or by Module Use the Search function to search within an Intelligence Centre
