Local wild sockeye salmon aromatically baked on a cedar board,
complimented with savory blackberry butter.
Always a favorite; fresh plump prawns sautéed in herb garlic butter.
GRILLED LOCAL HALIBUT
Flame seared local halibut fillet accompanied by homemade lime tartar sauce.
A bounty of crab, salmon and shrimp mixed with a blend of fresh herbs and pan-fried until light and crispy. Served with Thai dipping sauce.

Cool, crisp romaine lettuce gently tossed in Tsa-Kwa-Luten’s acclaimed Caesar dressing, topped with seasoned croutons, freshly grated Romano cheese and succulent baby shrimp.
