  7. Meet Impact Justin Sullivan, owner Justin has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a tradesman, cost estimator, consultant, and business owner. This ground-up experience has enabled him to successfully execute projects of diverse sizes and backgrounds – from small residential renovations to large-scale government facility endeavors. He has worked with clients including the US National Park Service and the Department of Homeland Security, where he played a critical role in establishing new strategies to improve and manage the environmental and economic performance of their facilities and buildings. His goal for the company is to take its collective knowledge of environmental and healthy construction practices and provide an affordable service that benefits Impact’s clients as well as the communities around them. Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the US Green Building Council’s National Capital Region Chapter.
