IAR Registration and Account Creation • The Reviewer will receive an email containing the customized url (unique token identifier for each Reviewer). • Reviewer goes to url and enters their full name, phone number, desired username and password and optional fields (ssn, dob, Institution). Account is not yet active. • Registration information is electronically provided to OER Data Quality staff who verify that the information entered matches IMPACII data, they may also clean up person data on the Reviewer. • Within 1 business day, OER Data Quality staff approve and activate account. • Reviewer receives email to let them know their account is active. Email contains url for IAR log on screen.

  19. SRA/GTA Access to IAR SRA/GTA will log into IAR via the same log in screen. To navigate to that screen, SRA/GTA can either bookmark the IAR Web Site or click on IAR System Log on button on Peer Review Banner Screen. Once in IAR – SRA/GTA will be presented with a List of Meetings Screen. Clicking on meeting identifier/title will take users to the List of Applications screen.

Creating the Pre-Summary Statement Bodies • Critiques will be ordered by assignment priority (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Reader, Discussant, Unassigned) with one blank line between critiques. • The first line will contain application number<space>PI last name, PI first name. • Each critique will begin with “Critique (#)” heading where # represents the number of the critique (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). • If critiques for Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary are missing, pre-Summary Statement body will still contain “Critique” heading with 4 blank lines. • If critiques for Readers, Discussants or Unassigned are missing, “Critique” heading or 4 blank lines will not be included.

Creating the Pre-Summary Statement Bodies for Multi-project Applications • Critiques for subprojects should be included in the parent application pre-summary statement body. • Subprojects should be sorted using the order specified in the Order of Review (in the IMPAC II Peer Review Module). • SRA/GTAs will need to renumber their Order of Review before the pre-summary statement bodies are created. • Within each subproject, critiques will be sorted using the standard order of Primary, Secondary, etc.
