Deciding the correct subject, course and colleges for higher education is an extremely difficult task for students and parents. Each student is different in terms of their personality, abilities, motivations and interests and hence should be treated differently. The first step of the process is the career assessment which analyses factors like a person's interests, aptitudes, personality, work value preferences and emotional intelligence The assessment which analyses the aforesaid factors gives a person a detailed picture of who they are as a person and what would work well for them.
