  3. What are some types of clouds? • Cumulus • Stratus • Cirrus

  4. Cumulus cloudsare the fluffy, that look like white cotton balls. They are "fair weather clouds" and they are fun to watch as they grow and change in shape and size.

  5. Cumulonimbus cloudscause precipitation. These clouds grow on hot days when warm, wet air rises very high into the sky.

  6. Stratus cloudsform layers that look like sheets or blankets that cover the whole sky. Precipitation happens when these cloud are in the sky.

  7. Cirrus cloudsare ice clouds. They can look like delicate white feathers or streamers.
