  5. What is Needed for Grantseeking • Process for conceptualizing project • Clear program plans & budgets • Template letter of inquiry • Review of draft grant • Submission process • Continued follow-up to build relationship with foundation

  6. Planning for 2009-2010 • Set target amounts for money raised via each funding stream • Require monthly updates on number of proposals submitted, # individuals giving, etc. • Commit to providing timely feedback and communication to meet grant deadlines
