Services Our main services are translation or localizationas the majority of projects require primarily these ones, but it doesn’t exclude the other activities such as: Proofreading_and_Editing(within the TEP process or as separate service),Voiceover(we use only professional and qualified narrators and actors who work in relevantly equipped studios),Linguistic_Consulting_and_Adaptation(you may need this if you already have a translated project but you have doubts as to the adequacy of some realias),Courses_Development(linguistic and training courses for foreigners), etc.

  5. Workflow and Quality Control System Project management – On this stage we perform the selection of translators’ team, depending on the wordcount and personal abilities and skills of translators. Usually we are trying to use our in-house specialists – they are all experts not only in linguistics but also know well industry standards and can adequately follow the instructions and glossaries. As to the freelance specialists, if necessary we perform on-line trainings for newbie’s and our PMs provide timely help if necessary. Moreover we perform a so called LQA series (linguistic testing), and provide the result to the client if requested. Translation / Localization – During this major part of the workflow we have at least two controllers (editor and/or proofreader + QA manager) who provide assistance and perform control of the workflow. It is needed primarily to guarantee the understanding of project specifics. We are asking out translators to provide the final product quality in order to optimize the work of editors and proofreaders. Editing and proofreading are performed by different specialists. Each of them has its own guides and sphere of work, and as a result we obtain normal translation (“normal” is accurate, compliant, grammatically correct and adequate to the target market). Continuous and selective quality control at all stages – our Quality Managers perform the selective quality control, its' methods vary from project to project, but the aim is the perfection of the quality. Rates and Languages Our Rates: The rates depends on the languages and requested services, but the majority of working pairs varies within0.11-0.15 USD per source word or 35.00 USD per hour(for such services as desktop publishing, voiceover or linguistic consulting). Primarily we provide our services into European and CISlanguages, but if you need us to perform translation into any other languages, please do not hesitate to contact us – we have reliable and tested suppliers. We are ready to perform all necessary tests. Payment details:For the moment we accept MoneyBookers for small amounts and bank transfer in following currencies: Euro, USD, GBP, RR, UAH.We would be thankful for a 50% prepayment for the FIRST project, all other are to be paid within 15-30 days (term to negotiate).
