  3. Benvenue Country CluB • Benvenue Country Club has been serving Rocky Mount for 89 years (est. 1922). IT has provided Rocky Mount with recreational fun from golf to tennis. It is the only country club in Rocky Mount. • I came here myself to get my tennis racket strung!

  4. Rocky Mount Mills School Ground Rocky Mount Hills Street (no definite address)

Rocky Mount Mills School Ground “On this site stood the Rocky Mount Mills school EST. 1896 Closed 1946 Built and operated by Rocky Mount Mills to provide grades 1-7 for the benefit of the mill village children.” • While me and my mom were taking a picture here we saw a snake and ran back to our car that was at least 1/5 of a mile away.

  7. Dillon Supply warehouse Dillon Supple Co. has opened since 1914 and is officially running in Durham, NC however it looks like this is abandoned. Dillon Supply Co. provides building supplies and material and has been quite successful. • My mom actually pointed this out to me and I said “No Mom this is probably one of those companies that are out of business,” I'm surprised that it wasn't .

  9. Rocky mount Amtrak • This Station has been open for 118 years providing transportation of people from Rocky Mount all the way to New York City! • My mothers friend’s friend came to NC from one of the trains there!

  11. Braswell Memorial Library • Braswell Memorial Library has been providing education to people for a over 100 years. It is also the only library in Rocky Mount! • I’ve come here in the summer many times with my dad to borrow books and they have quite a variety .
