OBJETIVOS • Presentar, estudiar y evaluar los diferentes procedimientos técnicos de fabricación ensamble y montaje en la construcción de edificios. • Conocer y aplicar las reglas y normativas existentes para construcción de edificaciones. • Estudiar el manejo en obra de los materiales que constituyen los edificios.

  14. METODOLOGIA • CLASES MAGISTRALES DONDE SE EXPONEN LOS TEMAS DE TRABAJO. • PRESENTACION EN FOTOS Y VIDEOS DE CASOS PRÁCTICOS DE METODOS CONSTRUCTIVOS. • ASISTENCIA DE LOS ESTUDIANTES A EDIFICACIONES EN PROCESO DE CONSTRUCCION. SE PRESENTAN INFORMES QUINCENALES.

  15. TRABAJO SEMESTRAL 25% • Grupos máximo 3 estudiantes. • Seleccionar una edificación en proceso de construcción (sitio cercano al lugar vivienda). • Presentar un primer informe de las características generales del proyecto: tipo, ubicación, numero de licencia, estado actual de actividades. • Presentar informes quincenales de las actividades en ejecución.
