  3. IDS個管的原則及管理過程。 • 長期呼吸照護計畫的4階段 ICU-RCC-RCW-Home care居家呼吸器 各階段的個案追蹤 • 辦理呼吸器重大傷病卡新申請或續卡

  4. 過程及注意事項 • 跟查房 • 若有接觸隔離的病患,請與床邊保持適當距離 • 與家屬溝通的過程較為繁瑣,耗時,請聆聽即可,有問題可先以筆記下來, 事後大家可以一起討論

  5. 課程安排 • IDS試辦計畫的規則 • 病人的疾病需求 • 家屬的想法:1.經濟 2.對病情的期望 3.有無-沒有明說的顧慮 • 儘量在各方面考慮之下,給于家屬可行的建議 • 溝通技巧的訓練
