The things I like best about my school experience are: • My friends • Working on projects with my peers • Activities & Clubs • LUNCH!!! • Going to the library!
The things that frustrate me most about my school experience are: • Not being challenged • Having to repeat work I’ve already mastered • Going too slow through material • Working in groups where I do everything
The academic goals that I am most committed to accomplishing this year are… • Getting good grades in all my classes • Improving my critical thinking skills • Improving analytic writing skills
The non-academic goals that I am most committed to accomplishing this year are… • Balancing my time between school, family, and activities! • Managing stress • Feeling more confidant in my abilities • Improving my scores at horse shows • Preparing for my piano recital in the spring
In my free time, I like to… • Ride horses • Read • Play piano • Cook & bake (yum!) • Hang out with friends • Watch old movies • Clean my room (NOT!)
Things that I wish people here at school knew about me are… • I’m quiet but funny. • I worry a lot. • I make good brownies. • I talk to my cat. • I’d rather be outside!
As I think about future career opportunities, the things that are most important to me are: • Doing something I love! • Helping people • Being able to travel around the world! • Making good money!
Long term goals… 5 year… graduate from Free State with dual credit at KU and AP credit that will transfer 10 year… earn a bachelor’s degree in PREMED so I can apply to UMKC’sPhyscian’s Assistant program AND get a job at a practice in Colorado. 20 year… Ummm….
Thank you! • Mom & Dad—for taking such good care of me and supporting me! • My Teachers—I really want to learn a LOT! Give me the opportunity to challenge myself. • My Administrators—I know you like meetings-hop you enjoyed mine!
