Log onto the State-Level System • Log onto the Georgia Medicaid Web Portal https://www.mmis.georgia.gov using your HP issued ID and password. • Select the MAPIR link • Select application Payment Year 2 on the “Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Participation Dashboard” • Complete the MAPIR application. • Upload required documentation. • Electronically sign your application, print a copy for your records, and click the Submit button.
