  2. 전년도 실적 • 장소 : 포항시 칠포해수욕장내 파인비치호텔 • 기간 : 7/28~8/16(19일간) • 객실임대(총335실) -성수기 : 200실(7/28~8/ 6, 20실/일) -비수기 : 135실(8/ 7~8/15, 15실/일) -이용률 : 96.1% -사용예산 : 30,000,000원(객실임대, 제반 운영일체 비용) ※계획대비 미 집행 : 차광천막 임대포기

  3. 07년 운영계획 • 장소 : 남해군 두척,월포 해수욕장내 마린 윈더스 호텔(03년 휴양지) • 기간 : 7/27~8/16(총 20일간) • 객실임대 :총350실 -성수기 : 200실 (7/27~8/5, 20실/日) -비수기 : 150실 (8/6~8/15, 15실/日)

  4. 휴양지 선정배경 • 동일장소 연속사용(3년)에 대한 이용자 싫증. • 전년 휴양지는 지속 개발로 휴양지로서 안정감 결여 - 향후, 개발완료 시점 검토필요. • 직원 다수(노조 설문조사)의 남해안 선호 ※휴양림 부적격 : 비용/안전/지.자체 운영 등 • 휴양요건과 시설양호 선정.(03년도 당사 휴양지)
