Overview • Program Support (since May 2010) −188 installations in CONUS/OCONUS • 112 Army; 44 Navy/MC; 9 Air Force; 23 MLA (Navy/AF) • 50 installations added since JAN IPR • 10 Army (Pacific); 31 Navy (Mid-Atl/West); 9 Air Force (SE) • 2849 Service Orders Approved and 2443 Completed • Army: 2048 Approved; 1806 Completed; 301 Emergency • Navy/MC: 717 Approved; 584 Completed; 102 Emergency • Air Force: 41 Approved; 28 Completed; 4 Emergency • MLA: 43 Approved; 25 Completed

Funding/Execution • Since Program’s Inception (May 2010), USACE-Huntsville: - Received $49.7M (as of 30 Sep 2012) - Executed $38.8M • Army - Received $27.2M - Executed $23.8M • Navy/MC - Received $15.0M - Executed $10.3M • AF - Received $4.0M - Executed $1.1M • MLA - Received $3.5M - Executed $3.5M

Contracting Capabilities • $35M Services SATOC • Awarded to Pond Constructors, Inc. in March 2010 • $12M capacity increase performed in August 2012 ($47M total) • Anticipate expending capacity by Jan/Feb 2013 • $400M Services BOA (in process) - Expected award date of January 2013 - Multiple award contract vehicle • Additional contractors available to support significant program growth • Potential impact to contracting process as task orders will be competed against pool of vendors

Navy/Air Force • Navy/Marine Corps • Phase 4: 11 Installations West/Mid-Atl regions • Funding ROM recently submitted to DLA-E SRM • Anticipate initial visits in NOV/DEC 2012 • OCONUS: 26 Installations in Pacific region • NB Guam/MCAS Iwakuni to be included under existing contract • ROM in process; initial visits in JAN 2013 • Remaining installations executed under new contract • Air Force • One additional phase of 10-15 sites in CONUS and Andersen AFB to be executed under existing contract • Future expansions executed under new contract

  24. Real Property Inventory (RPI) -Facility RP nos. at times not matching up with Huntsville EBS RPI reports, or not listed in EBS RPI at all - Possible to provide Huntsville/contractor with real-time, read-only EBS access?
