Contract Number - Manage by Number: Unblock from Cisco.com Profile - Screen 1 of 2 To Unblock a Contract Number to allow it to be added to a Cisco.com profileusing the Manage by Number screen: 2 3 • Screen 1 of 2: • Enter a Contract Number that you manage. 1 OR • Select Unblock contract to allow addition to Cisco.com profile. 1 • Click the Submit button. 3 OR 2 • Choose a Contract Number. • Select Unblock contract to allow addition to Cisco.com profile. Note: You cannot see a Contract number in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 119 for how to add Contract Number(s) to your profile. • Click on the Submit button.

  2. Contract Number - Manage by Number: Unblock from Cisco.com Profile - Screen 2 of 2 Unblocking allows an Administrator or Cisco to add the Contract Number to the individual’s Cisco.com profile. Once a Contract Number has been chosen and the action Unblock Contract to allow addition to Cisco.com profilehas been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all individuals from the list. Or, search for an individual and select them. 1 • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Contract Number as well as each individual. 2

Contract Number - Manage by Name: Unblock from Cisco.comProfile - Screen 1 of 2 To Unblock a Contract Number for addition to a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Name screen: 2 3 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Select a search attribute from the drop down list. • Enter the information you want to search for. • Click on the Search button. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. 6 4 • Choose the individual. • Select Unblock contract to allow addition to Cisco.com profile. 5 Note: See slide 124 for instructions on unblocking a Contract Number from an individual you cannot locate in the tool. • Click on the Submit button.

  4. Contract Number - Manage by Name: Unblock from Cisco.com Profile - Screen 2 of 2 Unblocking allows an Administrator or Cisco to add the Contract Number to the individual’s Cisco.com profile. Once an individual has been chosen and the action Unblock contract to allow addition to Cisco.com profile has been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all Contract Numbers from the list. 1 • Click on the Submit button. 2 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Contract Number as well as the individual. Note: A message will be displayed if the individual you chose does not have any Contract Numbers that you manage blocked in his Cisco.com profile.

  5. Contract Number – Unblocking Issue • If you have blocked a Contract Number from an individual and can no longer locate him in the tool, but want to unblock him: • On the Manage by Name screen, click on the Add Name button. • Enter the Cisco.com ID of the individual and click on the Submit button. • Select a Contract Number in the list and click on the Submit button. • The individual will be displayed in the Manage by Name list. • Select the individual and the action Unblock Contract Numbers to allow addition to Cisco.com profile and click on the Submit button. • Select the blocked Contract Number(s) and click on the Submit button. • If desired, delete the Contract Number(s) you initially added. Note: If you have blocked all Contract Numbers you manage from the individual and receive an error, please open a support request.
