  2. Text font • The text font in the presentations and posters should be Calibri. • In case this font is not available, please use a similar font.

Recommendations (I) • The use of English language is mandatory for the presentations. • Try to define correctly the message to be transmitted. • It is not necessary to show all the data. • Optimize the space in each slide. • Calculate the number of slides for a 15 minutes presentation (maximum 20 slides suggested).

  4. Recommendations (II) • The presentation should not be self-explanatory (avoid using slides full of text). • Avoid excessively long sentences. • Avoid reading the slides. • Use colors with enough contrast. • Images and graphs should be readable clearly.
