Program: Our program consists of small group mentoring guided by Venkatesh Rajamani, A Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Coach & Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer. Join from anywhere in the world as each session is held over videoconference. Participants have access to an online discussion forum where they can interact with our coach and each other as they progress through the program. There are totally 5 sessions. Each session consists of:  Reviewing your qualification and progress on your application.  A study of real-life coaching scenarios  A discussion of questions from the CTC application Participants will have totally 5 sessions that should be utilized within 3 months, Failure to do so will end the program when the time box expires.
