Scrum Mastery is a discipline of continually learning , Influencing ,clarifying and bringing a change , that doesn't occur overnight. What's in it for you? You may have set a personal goal for yourself to earn a new certification by professional scrum master training, whether for professional recognition or personal achievement. Certifications you earn this way may be the most satisfying, as you are rewarding yourself for your own efforts. If it happens to lead to a raise, promotion and recognition - so much the better. In many instances, these are also the hardest to earn because of the self-motivation and discipline required where there aren't any tangible rewards. But Certification alone doesn't demonstrate your understanding, It demonstrates your knowledge or in other words awareness, But what do you with the Certification matters less than Which Certification you hold? Attendance at a course is not mandatory. It is much tougher to achieve the PSM certification, so it guarantees a certain level of understanding of Scrum.
