If you are signing up, this is where you start. • When you press you will be sent an email through which you will get your account started.
When you first log in, it will take you to your Learning Dashboard. The website will prompt you to take a tour of the website. Here is a little preview. Your learning profile Search topics Profile/Settings Your teaching profile Notifications Recent activity Progress by skill Prompted exercises

Student Progress. You can click on each student for a breakdown of skills. Download an Excel spreadsheet showing mastery of concepts, time spent, badges/points earned. More on how to use KA. Assign recommendations with due dates for individual students based on their needs. Student username. Practice problems attempted Click on the student username. Display Case: Users can choose to display any 5 of the badges they earn from doing practice activities. Username Performance levels
Click . Click Manage Students. Then click . You can add students three ways: inviting students via personal email addresses, inviting students who already have KA accounts, or .
Click on Skill Progress. This display can be broken down by category and specific concept. You can sort by class or skill and download a spreadsheet. Here’s an example of how to use this page: Click here to show all concepts with which students are currently struggling.
Click on Grid. This is a very clear chart that displays performance levels for each concept. Again, sort by class or skill, or download a spreadsheet.
Click on Activity. This page shows how much time each students spends on Khan academy at school and at home separately.
