  3. Management Response NCAS/NASA Audit 1064/6/2010–4/8/2010 • Action Plan: • Completion Date: 4/30/10. MSDS Binder is available in the Machine Shop and Room 165W. It will be maintained by the Machine Shop Manager and the Room 165W Manager, respectively. QA will verify before the start of each Project. • Completion Date: 4/30/10 Butyl gloves are available in the Machine Shop and Room 165. • 3. An eye wash station will be available in the machine shop (approx. date 6/30/10). Anticipated Action Plan Completion Date: 06/30/2010 3 of 4

MSDS binders with appropriate data are at hand. Eye wash station is operative and certified. Anticipated Action Plan Completion Date: 06/30/2010 3 of 4

Chemicals were not properly stored in the Cosmo Lab, i.e. Tetrahydrofuran requires storage in a flammable storage cabinet, 2. Butyl gloves not provided for handling of acetone in the machine shop and Lab 165, 3. No eye wash station available in the machine shop 4 of 4
