London Transit- Our Experience with Court Process Although Police will conduct investigation, the organization can and should gather certain information as well which may include: Photo of assailant Photos of injuries/ medical reports Identification of assailant if not apprehended at time of incident

  4. London Transit- Our Experience with Court Process Request thru the Police that non-access be a condition of release from cells Follow up through Crown as case proceeds Support for the employee during the process especially at Trial
