We are seeking a candidate for the Sales Specialist position in Ho Chi Minh City. As a Sales Specialist in our company, your role is to provide comprehensive and suitable solutions to each customer to increase our company's revenue and profitability. Therefore, a Sales Specialist needs to be goal-oriented, and actively seek out and establish relationships with potential customers. We generate our own Leads and do not require you to find Leads on your own. Our inquiries come in via our Organic and Paid Media channels. Most are qualified for our services. Key Responsibilities: The Sales Specialist must have the following skills, education, and experience: - Introduce and consult on company's service packages and products to customers through phone, email, or direct interactions. - Identify and understand the needs of clients to recommend suitable services. - Persuade clients to use the company's products/services and build trust with the business. - Seek business opportunities for the company's products/services in the market. - Collaborate with relevant departments such as SEO, Content, and Technical department to develop and improve the company's products/services. - Build and develop suitable business plans and strategies for each stage. - Stay updated on market trends to adapt and make appropriate changes to products/services. - Analyze and report on the activities of competitors. - Report on business results and customer issues/needs. 1

Job Requirements: The Sales Specialist must have the following skills, education, and experience: -At least 3 years of experience working as a B2B salesperson, particularly in selling marketing services. -Proficient in sales techniques and proficient in using sales and marketing tools. -Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and websites, … -Proficient in using management software such as CRM and management support software. -Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and quick thinking. -Ability to work under pressure. -Must be honest and refrain from deceiving customers in order to close the deal.
