  1. Introduction This information point is about: Olympic values, eating well, getting active and feeling good. Olympics Eat well Get active Feel good

  2. Olympic/ Paralympics value The challenge is to take part in something like rugby, football, hockey ect. This will be for a maximum of 4 weeks for you to try the new sport and it is for “Steps for Life” . My Olympic Value is inspiration because people are inspired by famous people and want to be like their idol. People look up to their inspiration and look up to them. Thevalue of inspiration links with the 3 challenges because people are inspired to feel good about themselves, eating healthily so people are able to keep fit and live a healthy life and people are inspired to get active and be motived so they can do things they wanted to and do it with motivation Intro Eat well Get active Feel good

  3. Eat well information The challenge is to eat more of the five a day than you would normally but if you are eating 4 or 5 a day than this challenge does not apply to you. You should eat something like an apple, pear, banana, grapes and oranges. This graph shows how much of there five a day 9N3 ate and this shows how many people ate the five a day or not. This also shows how healthy they are. Most ate 1 a day and only a few ate 2 a day. Intro Olympics Get active Feel good

  4. Get active information This graph shows that different people prefer different sports and how long they do it for and it is showing me that people in 9N3 are active. This shows that people prefer to do other sports that is not listed The challenge is to try other sports and see what they are like because it is a four week period and you can do something similar to your sport Intro Olympics Eat well Feel good

  5. Feel good information This graph shows who likes their wellbeing and the results were from 9N3 and I converted it into a graph to show this. Also, this shows how much they do to keep their wellbeing, which most people do a lot and some people care sometimes or they don’t care This challenge is to do something that makes you feel good like hanging out with your friends or listen to music, but do something that makes you feel good Intro Olympics Eat well Get active
