Back to Back Scenarios • Everyone must find a partner and stand back to back with them • The facilitator will read a scenario aloud • When the facilitator calls out “TURN”, you will both show the emotion on your face and share for 1 minute your thoughts • When the facilitator calls “TURN” again, you will resume the back to back stance

What is a Reflection Forum? • A reflection forum is a time to stop everything and reflect together. • A reflection forum comes before positive change. • A reflection forum is what you make of it. • A reflection forum is a time to be heard, a time to question and a time to be part of solutions. • A reflection forum is a time when we listen to each other and begin moving forward. • A reflection forum is focused on US, not THEM.

Let’s Get Started • Everyone should have a forum ticket • Each ticket displays a color, shape, number and letter • You will visit each reflection station with different people according to your ticket • At each station, a facilitator will walk you through the directions in the small group • After 10 minutes, a bell will ring when you are to move to another group • After you have moved through all 4 stations, we will share our discoveries. • You will need your reflection forum recording sheet , clipboard and writing utensil as you move.
