  1. Monday, March 24th • WORD ASSOCIATION: I will give you a word and you will have 1 minute to write down as many words as you can – that can be associated with that word!

  5. Here is the plan… • Students will determine their knowledge of the 3 major religions of the Middle East. • Students will select the most important information and become an expert on 1 of the 3 religions. • Students will revise answers using expert advice.

  7. #2 – Unifies Arab peoples

  8. #3 - Protestants & Catholics

  9. #4 – Religion of Israel

  10. #5 – Old Testament Religion Ten Commandments

  11. #6 – Allows polygamy

  12. #7 – Oldest of the 3

  13. #8 – Koran or Qur’an

  14. #9 – Believe that Jesus is the Messiah.

  15. #10 – Jerusalem is Holy

  16. #11 – Sunni & Shia
