DESCRIPTION

This study examines the specific lysis percentages of Daudi and K562 cell lines when exposed to IAAF-NK and IAF-NK effector cells. The findings highlight the fold expansion of these effector cells and their effectiveness in targeting malignant cells. Through the analysis of lytic activity, we aim to elucidate the potential of IAAF-NK and IAF-NK cells as therapeutic agents in treating hematological malignancies.
