  6. ATTOCUBE system • The attoFPSensor is based on a fiber-based Fabry-Perot interferometer which consists of a single-mode fiber mounted in a fiber probe and a sensing element. The space between the fiber probe and the reflecting surface is called the cavity length. The reflected light is wavelength modulated in exact accordance with the cavity length.
