Replicated Trial Methods for Canola and Wheat in Semi-Field Study Sites in Australia

This study conducted trials at five sites in Australia using replicated randomized complete block design in large plots of at least 50m x 50m. The study evaluated three treatments: Control (mostly unsprayed), Conventional practice, and Low input approach that relies on insect counts to decide when to spray. Each treatment had four replicates. The trials were carried out in 2010 with canola and in 2011 with wheat at a New South Wales site near Junee.
