Company at a glance Revenue and number of employees • Sofica currently employs more than 650 employees and is expected to grow to 1000 by the end of 2012. • The CAGR for the period 2012 – 2014 is forecasted to be 25%. • Sofica delivers its services portfolio from 2 locations - Sofia, Bulgaria with 700 seats capacity and Skopje, Macedonia – with 300 seats. • As part of our growth plan we are in the process to have a third location towards the end of 2012. • The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 27 001 certified and has scheduled an implementation of EN 15 838 and ISO 20 000 in 2012. • Professional and modern technologies – main suppliers are HP, SAP, EMC, Microsoft, CISCO and Interactive Intelligence
