  4. How to Produce.. The entrepreneur must examine the market in which he intends operating and the competitors, customers and suppliers.

  5. How much produce • The entrepreneur must produce a quantity to cover fixes and variables costs and to get a profit. (Break even point).

  6. Break even point. Fixes costs: The costs don’t change with the quantity product. Variables costs:The costs that change with the quantity product.

To start a business you need to: A Business idea Assess whether this is economically and financially sustainable (economic and financial aspects) Verify that you have certificates of permission Obtain any permits / licenses / authorizations required Translate the business plan into a well-articulated concrete plan (business plan)

  8. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS To run a business you need financial sources. A balanced financial structure is characterized by the correlation between assets (investements) and passive ( debts and risk capital)

The”unique communication” is the only tool that all businesses must use to manage the procedures for the starting,modification and termination of activities.   14. VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER The VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER is a sequence of digit that identifies a person who exercises a business . STRUCTURE OF VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER The VAT registration number consists in 11 digits: • The first seven digits represent identification number of subject assigned by the relevant provincial office; • The figures eigth to tenth indicate the provincial code of the office that issued the registration number; • The eleventh digit, finally, is a control code, introduced in order to verify the correctness of the first ten digits.
