  22. ロシア経済 資源大国であり、特に原油と天然ガスの生産・輸出はそれぞれ世界No.2およびNo.1である。 原油と天然ガスから得られる収入は非常に大きく、それぞれGDPの2割に達したこともある。 1990年代前半にはハイパーインフレに直面し、その後も2桁インフレが継続している（2009年、2012年のみ1桁） 1999年以降、ロシア経済が好転した背景には、原油価格の高騰があった。原油価格などの資源価格の高騰がロシアの輸出額増大と貿易収支の大幅黒字に貢献した。 ロシアの対外貿易では、非CIS諸国の比重が増大し、非CIS諸国向け輸出は全体の9割を占めるまでになった。1990年代末のロシア経済の好転は、非CIS諸国向け輸出における原油・石油製品価格上昇の影響が大きい。
