Burundi. Burundi is the smallest country in Africa and it’s also a very poor country too. A large portion of people in Burundi, 85 percent, belong to the Hutu. 14 percent of the people, belong to Tutsi . The smallest group of people is Twa . It only counts for 1 percent.

Burundi is the smallest country in Africa and it’s also a very poor country too. • A large portion of people in Burundi, 85 percent, belong to the Hutu. 14 percent of the people, belong to Tutsi . The smallest group of people is Twa. It only counts for 1 percent. • They speak the same language and share a common culture.

  3. By 1400, Tutsi invaded Burundi from northeastern Africa. • Tutsi is more powerful than Hutu. the Hutu used crops to change the protection from them. • There is always fighting between them for social status.

  4. The civil war is between Hutu and Tutsis. It was happened in Africa. • The killing start at 1972, and the killing end at 1994. • Having greater wealth and social status is the reason why there are problems between these two groups.

  5. In bloody history of Hutu and Tutsi in the 20th that like 1-million people dead in 100-day. • Today – no more problems • Burundi works for peace in the world • Burundi is an example of hope for the world since they have gone from killing to peace.
