  36. About the afterservice Redundant infrastructure provided in each of Ganda & CFC at local site. And we treat Ganda & CFC as other’s mutual backup & support system . Once the emergency situation happened, Ganda can switch the system via Virtualize Machine in local side. The worst case is JKT machine room is dead, Ganda can switch the system temporary to CFC if the internet is linking and Digiwin can response asap. •  Telephone, fax inquiry service; •  Remote terminal login service; •  Program debugging service; •  Elimination of system malfunction arising out of normal usage; and • Program version update: “minor patches” as termed in the industry. • Extra requirement for customization inquiry and SA documents • Technical courses online via video conference(after go-live) • DB diagnosis , system performance advisory • E-service website (in Chinese) for FAQ, Knowledge base for user • E-Learning in (Chinese) • The System analyst will be fulltime contact window for Ganda after system go-live • If emergency problem happens, such as system crash, DB crash, power shot down, emergency recovery…etc, the contact window will inform the engineer team to remote to service. AS long as the telecom company network works. • The All system modules for ERP II just find one contact window. • 80%questions can be solved within 24 hours, 90% can be solved in 48 hours, and 95% can be solved in 72 hours.
