Purpose • Enable Full Service (FS) Mailing Implementation • Identify and resolve FS problems • Business issues • System issues • Define, document, and review business rules and processes. • Identity, Access • Electronic Information • Verification, Induction, Payment, and Reconciliation • Review or develop business requirements • Standards • Processes • Systems • Review design requirements • Review system features/functions and provide feedback or recommendations

  3. Accomplishments This workgroup has done a lot! • Documented FS problems and consequences • Identified and resolved 114 of 116 significant FS issues • Created 18 task groups that resolved 35 FS issues • Identified and developed Full Service mailing standards and business rules • Collected 61 overall Intelligent Mail problems and concerns and identified owners for resolving them

  4. New Groups • Some Task Team Efforts Have Long Resolution Cycles e.g. MS Reports, File Performance • Mailing Industry Raised Concerns Regarding Non-Full Service Issues e.g. Basic Mailings, CSA, FAST
