Mantra 2 - Health • A feeling of being physically fit • A feeling of living a lifestyle which is healthy • A feeling of being able to take care of those in family who are not keeping good health A sense of good health of oneself and of family members
Mantra 3 - Leisure A sense of being able to indulge in ones interests and hobbies • A feeling of fulfillment of interests other than work • A feeling of being part of interests of others in the family • A feeling of being able to develop ones and ones family’s avocational skills
