Measuring Unpredictable User Needs

This study examines the challenges of measuring unpredictable user needs and provides insights on forecasting and prediction in user based services. It explores the role of institutional isomorphism and organizational recipes in understanding user perspectives. The study analyzes growth rates and adoption of E-books, as well as the use of reading rooms in academic and research libraries in Denmark. It also delves into the interpretation failures caused by wrong indicators or units, and suggests appropriate quantitative and qualitative techniques for strategic management.
