Mattole Sediment Model – Next Steps • Continue work on conceptual model • If funding is available focus on: • Updating Mattole TMDL sediment yield rates • Will help focus future GRCC efforts on specific sub-sheds • Model sediment transport in the lower river between mouth and Mcginnis Creek • Will help guide estuary targeted restoration efforts.
