Engage in a systematic, inclusive, and comprehensive process to review, revise, and communicate the system's mission, vision, and beliefs on an annual basis. Indicator: 1.1 • 2. Develop, implement, and evaluate structures that provide for long-term interaction with individual students that build strong relationships over time with students and adults in the schools. Indicator: 3.9

Develop and regularly employ formal evaluation processes and procedures to ensure that the wealth of early and mid-stage initiatives, both human and physical resources reach full implementation with fidelity to maximize student achievement. • Indicator: 4.7 • 4. Expand the planned development and implementation of a “systemic data protocol” to include a review of the current processes and procedures used to collect, analyze, and apply data from multiple sources. Make revisions to ensure consistency throughout the system and include training and follow-up provisions for all staff members as may be appropriate to ensure fidelity of use. • Indicator : 5.3

  7. Accreditation Status • As a result of the External Review and the team’s ratings of the Indicators Richmond County School System has been awarded the status of Accredited Warned. AdvancED Commission, July 15, 2013

By 2014 2011-2012- 90 % or higher is where we are heading over the next three years --2014 and beyond Elementary schools average CCRPI was 66.1 Middle School average CCRPI was 65.5. High Schools was 63 2010-2011- 1 45.5% of our schools to meet AYP at the end of 2010-2011 • 23 elementary schools scored above the system’s average for elementary schools. • 6 middle schools had averages above 65.5%. • 4 high schools had averages above 63%
