SPA • Solicit and schedule hair stylists (Contact already made with stylists) • Solicit and Schedule Make Up Artists (Contact for Make Up Artist made) • Solicit and schedule parent volunteers as manicurists (sign ups tonight) • Order supplies. Help with spa set up at Work Week (Doesn’t mean decorate it!) • Oversee Spa during Grad Night

FORTUNE TELLING • Identify Fortune Tellers (okay to use last year’s) and submit contract • Set up Fortune Telling area during Work Week (re-use equipment from last year; determine any other equipment needed) • Maintain contact with Fortune Tellers • Meet and greet Fortune Tellers at Grad Night

  20. TATTOO PARLORAND BODY PIERCING • Inventory leftover supplies • Purchase new supplies (vendors identified) • Organize tattoo displays • Organize application stations • Coordinate volunteer shifts for Grad Night

  21. KARAOKE • Contact and contract Karaoke DJ (Information from last year available) • Determine any equipment needs • Meet and greet karaoke DJ at Grad Night • Oversee Karaoke area during Grad Night (may solicit volunteers)

  22. ARCADE • Order prizes • Collect stuffed animals from parents • Solicit volunteers to work the Arcade booths (ok to start tonight) • Meet and greet Arcade company during Work Week (Thursday) • Oversee Arcade area during Grad Night

  23. DIGITAL PHOTO BOOTH A place for students to take buddy and group photos with their friends • Determine set up ideas • Solicit volunteers for Work Week and Grad Nights, some with photography or computer experience • Determine and order supplies (see past report) • Oversee area on Grad Night

PHOTO KEYCHAIN BOOTH A picture of the graduate and friends is taken and placed in a memento keychain. • Determine set up ideas • Solicit volunteers for Work Week and Grad Nights, some with photography or computer experience • Determine and order supplies (see past report) • Oversee area on Grad Night

  25. CLOSING CEREMONY Bringing the senior class together for one last good-bye. • Secure Teacher Band (done) • Maintain contact with liaison to band; determine sound and equipment needs and report to Facilities • Order any supplies needed • Oversee area on Grad Night

  26. VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR Marti Walker Sign up with your committee chair now, then with Marti in May. All hands on deck Thurs, June 12! Join the fun on Grad Night June 13! Only working parents allowed in.
