Etude prospective descriptive • Du 01/05/02 au 31/10/02 • USSR, CHU de Tours • Prévention de la déshydratation (2/3) • SG 5% avec 4 g NaCl (80%) • 1000 ml/j • Sur les cuisses ou la paroi abdominale • La nuit • Très bonne tolérance locale • Sur 1426 jours : • Hématome 43 fois / Oedème génital : 29 fois / Douleur 21 fois • Pas de douleur constatée avec 2g KCl / l • 50 Patients : • 85  7 ans • GIR 1,2,3 = 84% • MMS = 16  7 • 72 HDC : • 1426 jours au total • Médiane = 10,5 j
