Brazilian partner should have strength in your weakness. • i.e. Good relations with governments & local knowledge • Brazil has very high barriers to enter the market • Tip. Have patience.These are mainly caused by legal issues and slow process in Brazil. Your competitors will also have to the same problems. • Issues with communication • Tip. Lack of communication normally lead to problems. It is always good to have daily communications even it might not be relevant to the business. • Adapting to Brazilian environment, culture and behavior • Tip. Human resource management is always the key to the success, it gets worse when you are further away from home.
