  3. The brain Cerebrum it help you to: sensing, think and imagine Medulla it help you to: move automatic organ (lungs ,heart and etc) Cerebellum I help you to : learning new things ,motion and balance.

Body organ • Heart is behind the left lung, it pump blood around your body. • Lungs is in you chest, it breath in and out air • Liver, liver is you best friend is help to break down fat in your blood, it beside the stomach/under the lungs . • Stomach is beside liver it help to digestives the food after you eat it. • Large and small intestine is under the stomach it help to take the food’s nutrition and change it to poop. • Kidneys are behind the intestines and it clean the blood and give new cell to it.

  6. lungs • Lungs take the air that we breath in and send it to our body part and blood. • The bronchioles takes the the air and dive the air to micro piece and put it to our blood.

  7. heart • Heart is a pumper that pumps the blood. The right side of the heart pump the revive the blood the body and pump it to the lungs. The left of the heart do the opposite of the right it receive the blood from the lungs and pump it to the body.

  8. liver • Liver is your best friend it help you to from a type of energy for sugar name glycogen, it help to product fat to you blood steam, it also product a type of liquid that help you digestive to the food.

  9. stomach • The stomach help you to digestive the food and the food is transfer by the esophagus, it also help you to fight infection.

  10. Large and small intestine • The small in intestine will absorb the energy from the food by breaking they in to small pieces. • The large intestine will absorb water for the body.

  11. kidney • The kidney’s function is to filter the blood and make erythropoietin and rennin and hormones also active vitamin D • Inside the kidneys are enthrones that clean you blood .

Happy and healthy • 3 thing that make us stay alive: • Air : air to keep our life. • Water :water will help us to product brain juice and help us to clean our blood • Food: we need food because food give us energy to move. • 5 thing to we need to be happy • Exercise , sleep, shelter, love hygiene/ clean

  17. THE CIRCULATORY SYSTEM • The circulatory system is the body’s transport system. It is made up of a group of organs that transport blood throughout the body. The heart pumps the blood.

  18. The DIGESTIVE system • The digestive system is made up of organs that break down food into protein, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and fats, which the body needs for energy, growth, and repair.

  19. MUSCULAR system • The muscular system is made up of tissues that work with the skeletal system to control movement of the body

  20. NERVOUS SYSTEM • The nervous system is made up of the brain, the spinal cord, and nerves. One of the most important systems in your body, the nervous system is your body’s control system.

  21. RESPIRATORY system • The respiratory system brings the air into the body and removes carbon dioxide. It includes the nose, trachea, lungs. When you breathe in, air enters your nose or mouth and goes down a long tube called the trachea.

  22. Skeletal system • The skeletal system is made up of 206 bones there are ligaments and tendons as well. It shapes the body and protects the organs. The skeletal system works with the muscular system to help the body move.

  23. Excretory system • This system eliminates waste from the body, in the form of urine. The kidneys remove waste from the blood.

Friendships • The qualities that a friend must have are: cheerful, supportive, funny, caring, fair, happy, loyal, understanding, kindness, trustworthy, respectful, brave, honesty, polite, reliable, reflective, encouraging, helpful. • How can friendships put your body under pressure/stress • Anxiety to go to school • Can’t eat • Can’t focus on school work • Lose sleep • Stress • Shaky • Heart rate goes Withdraw your self Temperature goes up headache Shortness of breathe Upset tummy

Strategies to deal with conflicts • Confrontation: asking what is the problem • Apologies: even if you know you not in the wrong • Talk to them: try to use your mouth and not hands. • Under stand them: the more you under stand the more ways to solve the problem. • Agree will their idea: even you know that’s wrong.

  32. My opinion CHANGES IN ME • This unit was the most interesting unit this year. For me the the one thing that I enjoy the most is the kailandra trip, in my mind that trip is the perfect start for this wonderful unit because the trip showed and made our own and weakness into strength. From this unit I had a lot of fun and gained important knowledge for example: the hormones in our puberty the changes from physical, social and emotion. But the most important thing I learnt is the body change from age to age. I feel the most interesting part is the glands/ penis contains thousand and thousand of sperm. Can the sperm all be made at the same time? Or does it from over time? Things that I want to learn more is about the testosterone that makes me change. How is it form? I wish I could learn more next year.
